Courtney and Kevin!

So we went downtown to shoot Courtney and Kevin's engagement photos. They're not getting married until next summer, so we will probably do some more between now and then. It's so much fun working with her, so obviously we had a blast running around downtown. Here are just a few!

Roadtrip!

Ellen and I drove to Pennsylvania to visit Jess this weekend. This meant tons of fun and lots of photo opportunities! Ellen and I stopped at Hershey on our way to Philly. Needless to say my favorite part was probably the crazy awesome Kisses streetlights. Here are a few photos I took on our trip!

The Pop Shop was featured on Throwdown with Bobby Flay in a grilled cheese challenge. How fun, so we just had to eat there! The next photo is Jess's sandwich. It was the grilled cheese Bobby made for the challenge and was then added to the menu.
Ellen wanted to buy this so badly...a 5 lb chocolate bar for $40.

First Wedding

Everybody has to start somewhere, and on Valentine's Day Courtney and I got our first shot at wedding photography. It was a small 9am wedding at Hueston Woods, and it was a great place to start. You could definitely see how in love they were, so that was exciting. Here are just a few of the basic photos I took before and during the ceremony. We really didn't have the opportunity to do any of the photo journalistic things we love to do, but definitely next time!

Cutest Kids Ever!

So I went to Columbus this weekend to visit the Firths, and I was given strict orders to bring my camera. No problem. We had so much fun, but before I left we had a small photo shoot. They are just so cute and a blast to photograph. Here is just a sample of the photos I took.

My Hubby's a Model

Despite the rain, freezing temperature, and overall crappy weather, Jeremy went to Lebanon with me to take photos on his day off. For a guy who doesn't really like having his picture taken, I think he did pretty well. After being with the family for the last three years, I think he's getting used to having a camera in his face. Of course we still need to work on the "real smile" so everything was pretty much serious (for now). It was fun to go out and practice, and once the weather gets nicer there will be a lot more of this! Oh and apparently if you click on one of the photos it makes it a lot bigger, so you can actually see it better.

On an exciting note, Courtney and I are going to shoot our first wedding next month, and we absolutely cannot wait!
